"Buy One Get One Free" Campaign Conditions
Art. 1: Campaign Organizer
Art.1.1 The “Buy one & Get one free” campaign is organized by SC Bogas Shop SA, located in Ilfov, Voluntari, Bd-ul Pipera nr. 1/VI, Hyperion Towers, Tower 1, 3rd floor, office 3, office 2, registered at the Trade Register Office with no. J2015002145408, unique registration code RO34142212, hereinafter referred to as “Bogas” or the “Organizer.”
Art.1.2 The decision to conduct the promotional campaign according to the rules in this regulation is final and binding for participants. The official regulation is drawn up and made public in accordance with the applicable legislation in Romania.
Art.1.3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify any of the conditions set forth in this regulation during the campaign, for justified reasons, but not before informing the public about these changes by publishing them on the websites bogas.ro and bogas.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Bogas Websites.”
Art. 2: Name, duration, location.
Art.2.1. The promotional campaign is named the “Buy one & Get one free” Campaign.
Art.2.2. The promotional campaign takes place from 04.04.2027 to 07.04.2025.
Art. 3: Products participating in the campaign
Art.3.1. The campaign's focus is on the products sold by Bogas presented on the Bogas Websites.
Art.3.2. In the “Buy one & Get one free” campaign, when purchasing a product at full price, the customer will receive for free, at their choice, a product whose price must be less than or equal to the price of the purchased product.
Art.3.3. The promotion applies to all products on sale, depending on stock availability, according to the company's marketing strategy.
Art.3.4. The products offered for free in this campaign do not combine with other ongoing campaigns on the Bogas Websites.
Art.3.5. The benefits of this campaign cannot be combined with the benefits of other campaigns and/or the benefits of the loyalty card and/or the welcome benefits and/or the newsletter subscription benefits and/or the benefits granted to a new customer.
Art. 4: Right and conditions of participation
Art.4.1. This campaign benefits any individual and/or legal entity who purchases one or more products that are the subject of this promotion during the specified period.
Art. 5: Method of identification and purchase.
Art.5.1. An individual or legal entity can purchase multiple products that are the subject of this promotion, provided the products meet the conditions set out in these regulations.
Art. 6: Limitation of liability.
Art.6.1. The organizer reserves the right to verify and monitor how the campaign is conducted.
Art.6.2. The organizer reserves the right to permanently exclude any participant from the campaign who, through fraudulent behavior, affects the proper conduct of the campaign.
Art. 7: Disputes.
Art.7.1. Any misunderstandings that arise between the organizer and participants in the promotional campaign will be resolved amicably, or if this is not possible, disputes will be settled in the competent courts belonging to the organizer's registered office.
Art. 8: Interruption of the promotional campaign.
Art.8.1. The organizer reserves the right to interrupt the promotional campaign or to modify the regulations of this promotion, with prior information to customers on the Bogas websites, and it cannot be retroactive.
Art. 9: Promotional campaign regulations.
Art.9.1. The promotional campaign regulations are displayed and available for free on the Bogas websites throughout the duration of the promotional campaign.
Art.9.2. Any request regarding the “Buy one & Get one free” promotional campaign can be sent to the email address contact@bogas.ro.
Art. 10: Return and/or exchange of products.
Art.10.1. Within the “Buy one & Get one free” campaign, if the customer wishes to return one or more products, this procedure can only be carried out if both products (both the purchased and the free one) are returned together in the same condition they were delivered.
Art.10.2. Within the “Buy one & Get one free” campaign, if the customer wishes to exchange one or more products, this procedure can be carried out for any product in the order but only for size exchange. Exchanging a product for another product is not allowed.
Art.10.3. All other conditions for returning or exchanging a product remain valid according to the Terms and Conditions.
