Returns

Conditions that must be met if you want to return a product in the case of individuals. For orders on behalf of legal entities, please read the information at the bottom of this section.

Please read carefully the information on this page that will help you correctly register a return request for one or more products.

To accept the return of Bogas products, the condition is that the products must be in the same condition as they were delivered (not damaged, no signs of wear, not washed, without stains or tears, and with all tags intact).

Due to the types of products we sell, we reserve the right to refuse any returned product that does not meet the acceptance conditions and cannot be resold as a new product, as it may endanger the health of buyers.

We recommend trying on the products without removing the cardboard tag and plastic seal.

You should know that the return of a product without a tag and seal cannot be accepted.

Products marked in the return form must be handed over in full to the courier, exactly as they were selected on the site at the return request, and no later than the 14th calendar day from the date of receiving the order, otherwise your return will not be accepted.

If the return package contains and/or different products from those in the completed form, the pickup and registration by us will be refused and returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.

Categories of products that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and/or, swimwear, as well as earrings, cannot be returned, as they may endanger the health of new buyers (according to OUG 34/2014 art. 16, lit. e).

Products marked "Final Sale" or "RESIGILAT" (including, but not limited to, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, or other items with the express mention "No return") cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of the reason. These products are offered at final prices and are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to distance selling legislation.

1) Products classified as "resigilate" are goods that may show minor signs of use, open or damaged packaging, missing accessories, minor aesthetic or functional defects, resulting from exposure, testing, or previous handling.
(2) By their nature, resigilate products are offered for sale at a reduced price compared to new products, and their purchase is made at the buyer's own risk.
(3) Resigilate products are not subject to the general return policy, they cannot be returned or replaced.
(4) Before placing an order for a resigilate product, the customer has the right and opportunity to request additional information regarding the actual condition of the product, the nature of defects, or any shortcomings, by contacting the seller's representatives.
(5) By submitting the order and completing the purchase of a resigilate product, the customer confirms that they are aware of its specific characteristics, accept the special sales conditions, and expressly waive the right of return applicable to new products, according to the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals.

How to make a return

According to Romanian legislation (regulated by OUG 34/2014), you can return purchased products without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 days from when you received the products.

Return procedure and costs

To return one or more products, please follow the 3 steps below. The cost of this service is 25 Lei. You do not have to pay anything when sending the package, the cost of this service will be deducted from the amount we have to refund you.

1. Access the section Product Return. Here you will find a form where you can select the products you want to return and that can be returned according to the return conditions. Select the order, then the products and the reason for return. After registering the return request, you will receive a return registration number.

2. Then call Fan Courier at the phone number 021-9336 to call a courier to pick up the products you want to return. Specify that the transport payment will be made by the recipient, specify the pickup address (the address where you want the courier to come to pick up the products) and the destination address (BOGAS SHOP SA, Str. Lalelelor, nr. 12, Merii Petchii, jud. Ilfov). Don't forget to specify in the details the return registration number you receive when you complete the return request registration.

3. Pack the products exactly as you received them, in the personalized pink Bogas box or, as the case may be, in the personalized pink Bogas bag and wait for the courier to come to pick up the package.

Refund procedure for returned products

1. After we check the products you have returned, we will inform you if you have sent us products that do not meet the return conditions.

2. If the products you return were paid with a card for purchases, credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the amount will be refunded to the account associated with it or to your PayPal account.

When the return package arrives at our headquarters and is registered in the system, you will be contacted by email to provide us with the bank account in which you want the amount related to the order to be refunded.

If you do not have access to the email address, please contact us via WhatsApp at the number (0768) 669 580.

If we do not receive a response containing a valid IBAN bank account and the name of its holder within 30 days from the deadline set for the refund, the refund amount will be converted into a voucher of the corresponding amount. The voucher will be sent to the email address used when placing the order, will be valid for 12 months, will be transferable, but will not be refundable.

3. Refund of the amount related to the returned products will be made within 14 days.

To know if you send us products that do not meet the return conditions

We reserve the right to apply certain penalties or refuse the return of products and the payment of the return if:

1. The products have been worn or have improper odors (100% penalty and the product will be returned back at the customer's expense).

2. The products no longer have the attached seal, respectively the broken tags (100% penalty and the product will be returned back at the customer's expense).

3. The products are not in their individual packaging, that is, in the transparent plastic bag with the product name, price, and barcode label (50% penalty).

4. If the package is not packed exactly as you received it, that is, in the original BOGAS box (personalized pink cardboard box), a penalty of 30 Lei will be charged.

All packages that leave us are packed in front of cameras, therefore in case of a misunderstanding regarding the packaging or content of a package, we will carefully check the footage of the moment the package in question was packed.

Also, return packages are checked in front of cameras, therefore we reserve the right to refuse non-compliant products!

According to OUG no. 34/2014, SC Bogas Shop SA reserves the right not to accept the return of products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or that can degrade or deteriorate rapidly.

According to the legislation in force, you have at your disposal the CONSUMER PHONE: 021-9551 of the National Authority for Consumer Protection.

Given that the current legislation does not provide for the right of return for legal entities, our return policy specifies that Legal Entity is only entitled to PRODUCT EXCHANGE. Cannot make a RETURN.
The product exchange is carried out by returning the products and receiving a voucher equal to the returned products after receiving the return package by us.
